22 Designs was created in 2004 by Chris Valiante and Collins Pringle. We inherited the HammerHead binding from Rainey Designs, which ended its’ strong run in 2013. We introduced the acclaimed free-pivot Axl binding in 2009, and in 2012, the Vice. Our newest binding, the Outlaw, is the world’s first step-in NTN binding, and also the first with a true free pivot. With the energy of doing what we love, 22 Designs is now the worldwide leader in Telemark bindings. Our company is named for Wyoming Highway 22, which travels over Teton Pass. This area has become one of the most popular backcountry skiing spots in the country. Both Chris and Collins are telemark skiers and mechanical engineers, and are dedicated to producing the best telemark bindings in the world. We are actively pursuing new ideas to produce bindings that exceed the expectations of our customers. We strive to be an environmentally conscious company. Every binding that we produce is made in the USA with the most durable materials and designed to last a lifetime. Our office and R&D and assembly shop are powered by renewable energy, offset with Green-e certified Renewable Energy Certificates and Carbon Offsets from the Bonneville Environmental Foundation.

Appalachian Gear Company produces the first ever lightweight Outdoor Lifestyle garments and gear made from 100% Alpaca Fiber. We make our Patent Pending All-Paca® products in North Carolina.
When we introduced All-Paca® Shirts, Fleece Hoodies, and Beanies in 2018, it represented completely new class of performance fabric crafted from 100% Alpaca Fiber without the use of synthetics. Over-use of synthetic fibers in garments has led to an emerging issue of micro-plastics in the environment, and we felt the time was right to highlight the benefits of Alpaca – Nature’s best performance fiber. Our Patent Pending lightweight All-Paca® Jersey & Fleece Fabrics are engineered by nature, designed for the trail, and manufactured with an environmentally-responsible process.

For almost 40 years our family has been knitting socks in Northfield, Vermont. We know how to make socks. It’s what we do. We’re dedicated to creating the world’s best socks, and prove it by standing behind them unconditionally. After so many decades why do we still craft every pair of our socks here in Vermont? We don’t do it because it’s the easy thing to do—we do it because it’s the right thing to do. We do it because for us, it’s the only way to do it. There are faster and cheaper alternatives but nobody ever outsourced anything for quality.
The products are made by outstanding team in our own factory located at the foot of the Rockies in Longmont, Colorado. Our MISSION is to guarantee high quality, creative designs and great customer service.

Ten minutes from downtown Portland, you’ll find the ON3P factory. It’s not operated by some OEM company, nor are we some mega-factory building our skis overseas. It’s where our small crew of ski builders come to work and build each and every pair of ON3P skis. Since the beginning, we’ve believed we could build skis better, build them ourselves, and build them here in America. We’re skiers who founded a manufacturing company, not one who entered the game as an overfunded marketing business, focused on creating hype, then outsourcing our production. There’s no pride in skis we didn’t press, nor a personal stake in skis being sent off to be built by someone else. Above all else, we cherish the knowledge that we’ve created every aspect of the skis we take to the mountains and ski on our days off. There’s pride in what we do and without our craft, we’re just like the rest. But with it, we’re ON3P.
At Outdoor Research®, we built a company from a feeling: the urge to get out. It’s what drives us. We love coming to work every day and inventing ever better solutions to what nature throws our way. But we’re more than just the gear we build. We’re part of a community of friends whose lives are connected by our common need to be outside. Our tribe is devoted to exploring our outdoor passions and challenging ourselves in the mountains, water and deserts of the planet we love so much.
With their “Zero Drag Powder Baskets”, solid, light-weight, REAL bamboo poles, 100% recycled and hemp webbing, and super sticky grips, Panda Poles are great ski poles. But Panda Poles aren’t just bamboo ski poles. Panda Poles is a call out. It’s a call out on the conventional mindset that man made synthetics are always better. It’s a call out on the producers of not only ski goods, but all ‘goods’, to reconsider business as usual. It is a call out on the consumer to make better, more conscious decisions about what they consume, and why they ‘consume’ it. And Panda Poles is a Shout out to all the people who want to create the more enriching world they dream. It says “One need not think outside the box when one can think of the box as a sphere…or a Zero Drag Bamboo Ski Pole!”

We are an experimental brand. We just happen to make sunglasses. A simple experiment with nature. Born from the limb of a Madrone tree, a rusty pair of cabinet hinges, and lenses from the corner store, Shwood has been a curious endeavor from the beginning. An endeavor to create a product that encompasses the individuality and uniqueness that can only be found in natural surroundings. A desire to experiment with design, materials, and aesthetics in the search for something that works. Free from passing trends, the brand’s focus remains that of its roots, innovation and creation. Long live creativity.
We believe in local production, limited edition products, and a fresh perspective. We believe in supporting our local community. Supporting this local industry inspires a unique connection to the area and is just one element of Skida’s contribution to the community.

Weve been humbled by the amount of recognition weve received for our boards quality and performance. Our most decorated board, the Superpark, grabbed another top spot with the Best Jump Board and second overall Best Park Board from Snowboarder Mags Blackboard Experiment, making us even more excited to keep pushing, to keep developing, and to keep progressing. What a wild feeling to see something we have built from the ground up as an independent manufacturer and company standing tall amongst the biggest and most influential brands in snowboarding. . .The boards are a direct reflection of what we, as owners, designers, craftsmen and most importantly snowboarders believe snowboarding needs. These are our dream rides. . . If it wasnt for snowboarders like you, snowboarders like us couldnt do what we are doing. You are just as much a part of Smokin Snowboards as we are. Are we a French Company? The short answer is no. Let’s put it this way: A microwaved burrito is way more common in our lunchroom than a baguette and brie. After work, beer is far more likely to be imbibed than wine. And secondhand smoke from a Gauloise would never be tolerated. So what’s up with our Eurotrash, pseudo-Franco-phile name? We’re not even sure ourselves, but what we do know is that for 35 years the name Voilé (vò-lay) has been synonymous with backcountry winter adventure. Rather than the Alps, we are located minutes away from the best snow on earth: the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. . . Voilé has always been a company willing to try anything and then perfect the hell out of it. The end product may not be a sexy or expensive as it could be, but to bear our logo it will definitely deliver performance, reliability, durability, and will simultaneously remain as lightweight as possible. . . All history aside, we realize that nobody on the planet buys a pair of skis based on the past. Today is all that counts. Competition in the backcountry category is fierce, and the end user is more discriminating than ever. As a result, Voilé ski design is constantly evolving. There are, however, a few ideas that never change. The hallmarks of any Voilé ski will always be solid and lightweight construction in a design that performs, but doesn’t break the bank. Witness this year’s line of award winning backcountry skis, and know they are all hand-crafted with care, under one roof, in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains.

The Wild Things journey began in 1981, when our two founders Marie Meunier and John Bouchard, accomplished mountaineers, created their own line of lightweight, superior gear out of dissatisfaction with available products. Wild Things grew throughout the ’80s with input from some of the world’s most gifted climbers including Charlie Fowler, Mark Richey, Steve Larson, Dave Nettle, Anne Smith, Mugs Stump, Rick Sylevester, and Dean Potter. By 1990, with the help of these and other climbers, Wild Things had achieved a cult-like following amongst the world’s climbing elite. Wild Things sewn slings, chalk bags, climbing packs, bivy sacks, and high altitude technical clothing were part of nearly every big climb from 1983 to 1990. In the early 2000s, Wild Things’ reputation for uncommon, lightweight, tough gear caught the attention of U.S. Special Forces, and we began making bespoke, made-to-order kits for individual units. Since then, Wild Things has earned a reputation for tough, lightweight technical outerwear, alpine-style backpacks, durable haul–bags, and innovative tactical and military clothing. Our products are currently in the field with every branch of the U.S. Armed Forces and often tailored for mission-specific goals.
